Crea'fi is a paid membership community operated by Crea'fi Genius LLC. Membership is billed yearly and renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel the renewal at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues through the end of the period you paid for.

What you get is education, practice, and community. It is not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice, and results depend entirely on what you do with it. Real estate involves risk. Do your own due diligence and consult licensed professionals for your situation.

Members agree to protect private seller and member information shared inside the community, to respect every seller's right to say no, and to be honest about their role in a transaction. Recording, reselling, or redistributing community content is not permitted. We may remove members who break these rules.
